How often have you driven through Yosemite and wished you could wet your line in some river other than the Merced? In this program you will learn about those other rivers.
Tim and his wife live just outside of the Yosemite National Park boundary in El Portal. He has been guiding in God's back yard for 20 years. Tim will tell us about other fishing in Yosemite, in particular about the Tuolumne River and neighboring waters in the Park. Tim will also tell us about the abundant bass fishing opportunities in the area. With Yosemite National Park only a few hours away, making it one of our closest fly fishing destinations, this night is a "don't miss" opportunity to learn about a myriad of fishing venues we can easily enjoy.
And if this isn't enough for you, Tim and his brother also own a house on New Zealand's South Island. With a little coaxing, Tim just might add some information about their property and the brown trout habitat awaiting eager fly fishermen. This is world class river and lake fishing just a bike ride away from their house!
