A Good Kickoff to the Season

The confab was a tremendous success again this year due to the efforts of our club's Vice President, Kathy Powers, our fly tying artist Elaine Cook and our master casting guru Walt Robinson, along with a host of members who partook in the set up and break down. We enjoyed a remarkable day.
I had a chance to listen to many of you and the buzz is on for the upcoming fishout at Pyramid. Get your flies in order, your chair dusted off and your cameras primed.
If you can't make Pyramid, there are a few more fishouts coming up in April, May and June. My fishout at Lake Almanor promises to be another big fish opportunity. Check the newsletter or watch for the sign-up lists at the coming meetings.
