I'd planned to start casting lessons before the meeting starting in May this year, but will be out of town. HOWEVER, I will be having a special casting clinic on Saturday, May 13th, at the Soquel Elementary School grounds, next door to the Soquel Grange, from 9:00 AM until noon. Spey Casting Clinic
Ernie's Casting Pond is hosting a Sage Spey Rod Clinic, Sunday May 21st 10AM to 5PM on the Yuba or American River. Cost is $150 and all rods, reels and lines are supplied by Sage. For details, look at last month's newsletter, visit Ernie's Casting Pond or call 462-4665.
Kids' Fishing Day
And for something entirely different, here's an event on the San Jose side that may be of interest to some members - Kids Fishing Days in Campbell on May 6-7.
