Too Much Of A Good Thing? Never!
By Tim Loomis

Ok, ok, ok! No matter how hard I try I still can't shake the fishing stoke that has plagued my sleep since late April. What do I have to do to get at least one good night's sleep, uninterrupted by visions of large sleek fish of undetermined species splashing through the landscape?

What's that you say? Go fishing! Well by gosh that's what I'm going to do.

What a slate of fishouts we have lined up for the coming summer months! Last month's speaker, Bob Knoebel, remarked on this as he read the Newsletter (ONLINE). "Just how many fishouts are you planning on attending?" he asked. Well, just as many as I can and still remain married.

Vice President Kathy Powers will be running the June meeting as I will be on Tom Donovan's 5 Dot Ranch fishout practicing my big fish landing technique that I know I will have to master in time for the Lake Almanor fishout clinic on June 21st. Of course I could proceed from 5 Dot Ranch directly to Betty Rentz's Davis Lake fishout and then go on over to Lake Almanor.

Oh gosh darn it. I'm dreaming again.
