Our Canadian representative, Bob Sheedy, has once again agreed to be our November speaker. According to Bob, last year he gave us his 'A' non-humorous talk. Even though the Grange Hall was loud with the laughter of Club members, Bob swore that he wasn't trying to be funny. "If you want funny," he said, "I'll bring my 'A' funny program next year." So we can expect even more of Bob's northern wit as he spins tales of exactly "How To Catch Shamu" in our numerous stillwater fisheries.
Over the past year I have read one of Bob's books, Lake Fly Fishing Strategies, and I feel that my stillwater fishing knowledge has increased tenfold. Be sure to attend the November Meeting with Bob. Expect two things:
1. You will be entertained.
2. You will know a lot more about stillwater fishing after listening to what Bob has to say. - Tim Loomis
