The Klinkhamer
Fly Tying Master: Elaine Cook

Here we go again with a truly successful fly. It simulates an emerging caddis and is very visible to both fish and fisherman. Use it in streams and rivers. Types of hooks give it a different profile to the fish since the body of the fly hangs down in the water.
All materials will be provided except thread. Everybody should bring gray 8/0 thread, gray 12/0. 14/0 or spiderweb thread. There are a few set ups of tools, vises and lights available for beginners. Other tiers should bring their own, thanks!
Sign ups are important, so that there will be enough material.
The sign up sheet will be at the ConFab/Public Education Day at Quail Hollow, or call Elaine at 688-1561.
