* Spey Casting Clinic - Learn To Cast the Big Rods - Sunday,May 20th
Ernie's is again sponsoring the popular the Spey Casting Clinic on the American River with Bill Lowe on May 20th. Bill is a full time, licensed guide and also Dirtector of the Sage Trout Schools. Bill is an expert the with spey rod and has been asked to participate in many prestigious spey casting exhibitions. The class is limited to only six students, so if you are interested in learning to cast the long rods for those big rivers, call us at the shop, 462-4665. * Facilities Coordinator Needed
Due to other obligations, our current Facilities Coordinator, Mike White, has had to step down. The club needs someone to take Mike's place, to come a little bit early to the Aptos Grange and set up the room for the meeting. While John and I are on the road this summer, there will be a string of expert fly tiers filling in. Our club has a lot of talented tiers, which you will have the opportunity to see first hand.
