There is still room on this one-day bass fishing trip to the O'Connell-Bourdet Ranch in Gilroy. It's a great opportunity for the club to have access to this 18,000-ac. ranch with its bass ponds. The cost is $75 per person, fishing or not fishing; bring your lunch and drinks, float tube, etc., and assortment of bass poppers, woolly buggers, clousers, damsel nymphs, and leech patterns. Remember you need to have a 4-WD vehicle to make it up the steep terrain, or you will have to ride with someone who has 4-WD. We will meet at Casa de Fruta Restaurant at 7:30 AM, Saturday. Space is limited on this fishout so please contact me soon.

Both weeks of this two-week fishout are booked up, but if you wish to be placed on a waiting list, please call Paul Schraeder, at 475-4801, not John Cook, who will be gone all summer. The cost is $240 per person per week. Paul will take names for the waiting list, and if there are cancellations, inform those on the waiting list by September 1st.
