Midges are the primary insect food for trout in the winter and early spring, as well as tail waters throughout the year. Be sure to have a few of these in your box for the two fishouts coming up: the Owens River and the Green River.
Sign ups are important and appreciated, as are cancellations. All materials are provided except for thread. Please bring gray 8/0, 12/0, or 14/0. Also bring your tools, vise, light, glasses and magnification if needed.
Sign up at the club meeting, or call Elaine at 688-1561. There are a few set ups available for beginners who do not yet have their own equipment, so don't let that stop you if you want to come and learn.
