
Spicy Rubbed Barbecue Salmon

1 slab of salmon
olive oil
2 parts brown sugar
1 part cumin
1/2 part chili powder
more if you really like it spicy)
Salt and pepper to taste
Put lots of rub onto salmon, cover and refrigerate to marinate for a couple of hours. Oil the barbecue grill. Cook salmon on both sides until flaky. Serve immediately. (Editors note; yumm...)
