The surf perch catching continues to be slow, but still lots of fun. On a Saturday morning with friends, it sure beats mowing the lawn! On December 6th, 2008, at 7:00 AM; eight of us met at Palm Beach (Pajaro Dunes). Harry Schoonbert, Bob Schwehr, Ed Kelleher, Mike McGuire, Kirk Mathew, Tom Bradley, Sam Bishop and new member Jonathan Frank made the rendezvous. Jonathan departed early (birthday), but he left a note "Good fun, got three strikes, pulled in one small perch. Thanks for the insight from all, I will stay longer next time."
