SUNDAY, July 5, 05:45 AM will be our next surf fishout at Rio Del Mar Beach. We realize that it is the day after the Fourth, so attendance may be down, but if you want to go fishing on a Sunday morning, then why not join us? You can be finished in time for church.
Sunrise is at 05:55 AM. There is a minus .7 low tide at 4:44 AM, with a high of 3.6 at 11:45 AM, so you will be fishing a low flood tide. This tide has recently produced some large stripers. You might try a Clouser at the end and a perch fly a couple feet above it.
