Saturday, August 8th at 6:10 AM we will meet at Rio del Mar State Beach. Sunrise is at 6:20 AM, we have a low tide of + 0.3 at 06:40, so we'll fish a slack low tide. For those of you who think the moon phase matters, this will be it.
But of course if the moon is obscured by the fog, then it shouldn't matter. Jim Hall got his Striper on July 5th with close to the same moon.
