Our esteemed Casting Master, Walt Robinson, will be available for basic instruction or just a summer tune up of your fly casting skills at 5:30 PM, Wednesday, August 5th, in the Aptos Grange parking lot, before the general club meeting. If you have children who are interested in learning to fly cast, bring them. Walt is particularly adept at getting youngsters fly casting competently, and if you, yourself, have some bad habits, Walt can help you break them.
There are rods, reels and lines available for your use if you don't have them yet, or you can bring your own. If you do bring your own equipment, bring a reel that is loaded with old line, as the asphalt in the parking lot will beat up your good lines.
