What to do when the fish dies and you can't release it.

Baked Fish Parmesan

This is a quick and easy way to prepare fish that even children will like. While it's baking, you can prepare the rest of the meal, like rice, and a salad.

2 lbs. fish (any firm, white fish, like cod, grouper, flounder, etc.)
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch salt
pinch Tabasco
Chopped parsley for garnish

Place fish in a well-greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
