The Pheasant Tail
Instructor: Richard Kline

This pattern is equally at home in the trout and steelhead box. Pheasant tails have long been top producers for countless fly fishers. Your nymph box simply is not complete without some pheasant tail nymphs, so come and learn how to tie this all-around go-to fly.

You will need to bring 6/0 or 8/0 black thread. Also bring your vise, tools and light, and any magnification you need. There are a couple of set-ups available for beginners, who are especially welcome. All other materials are provided.

Sign up at the October club meeting, or call Richard at 345-7791. If you sign up and find you are unable to attend, notice of cancellation is greatly appreciated.

* PLEASE NOTE: Please do not congregate near the entrance of the Grange hall, nor in the parking lot before the class. Do not enter the building until 7:00 PM. If you wish to chat before the class, please do so away from the entrance.
