December 6th, it was pretty darned cold at Palm Beach, but the fish were biting. They don't care how cold it is outside, it's always about 53 to them. Pat Marshall had serious problems with his reel (fell apart!), so he tried putting a spinning reel on his fly rod, but no luck. Kirk Mathew and I happily landed a few before we decided that we wanted warmth more than more fish.
