Crackleback Dry Woolly-invented by Ed Story
Instructor: Tom Eckert

This is a great trout fly fished at first as a dry on a dead drift, then pulled under and swung across the stream. Whether it is fished in a stream or a lake, on top or subsurface, expect near instant success! It is easy to tie, fun, and successful to fish.

Bring 8/0 olive or light brown thread. As always, bring a light, tools, your vise, and any magnification you might need. The club has tools and equipment for beginning tiers.

Sign up at the club meeting, or call Tom Eckert at (831) 818-3798, or (831) 818-3801. Please call if you have signed up and find out later that you can't attend. Thanks!
