Your Print Newsletter

Due to increasing costs for postage, reproduction and mailing supplies, the print newsletter will not be automatically mailed to all members who either join as new members or who renew their memberships. Instead of opting out by waiving receipt of the print newsletter, you must opt in by directly notifying me, in order to continue to receive a mailed, print newsletter.
If you opt out, and still want a hard copy of the newsletter, I will provide a printable .pdf file of it on the club website. You can download it and print it yourself.
Please contact me by sending me an e-mail, email@example.com, with your name and mailing address, or call me at 831-476-0648.
I will continue to put the club news up on the website, and I will keep to my customary deadlines, to keep our news current, up-to-date, and relevant. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact me.
To avoid any future confusion, here are the dates by which you must turn in any articles you wish to be published in the newsletter and on the club website. It takes a week from the date of submission to the mailing of the print newsletter, and at least three days from the date of submission for the articles to appear on the website in any current month's newsletter.
The newsletter is usually mailed the Friday before the club meeting.
