Youth Outdoors Day - Friday and Saturday, October 5th and 6th - 10 AM - 4 PM

Help bring the young people in to the great outdoor activity, fly fishing, by helping out with fly tying demos and fly casting instruction. You will get a free lunch, and much pleasure and gratification by engendering an appreciation for the outdoors through the sport of fly fishing.


3rd Annual Dia de Pescar Fly Fishing Clinic - Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018 - From 10 - 2 AM

The goals for the event are to:
1. Teach the sport of fly fishing
2. Increase awareness and knowledge of San Lorenzo River fishery and other Central Coast fisheries, expressly key salmonid species
3. Inspire exploration, conservation and stewardship of local rivers and fisheries.
Location: San Lorenzo Park Benchlands
Groups participating: Coastal Watershed Council, Patagonia, Trout Unlimited, Santa Cruz Fly Fishing Club, Monterey Bay Salmon and Trout Project
