New Year

Happy New Year! Wow! What a way to start the New Year with a great Annual Dinner. The evening was fun and full of great prizes. Our thanks to John Cook for coordinating the Annual Dinner, and to all the Club Members that helped.
As we begin the New Year, let's remember the following people who made 2003 such a big success:
* Thumbs up and special thanks to our out-going president, John Steele, for all his outstanding effort this past year. Especially for his individual effort in making all the items for the silent auction.
* Congratulations to John Cook for his Lifetime Membership Award.
* Special congratulations to Jon Bowman for winning the 2003 Dame Juliana Award.
* Special thanks to all the Board members for the donation of your valuable time and effort in making our organization outstanding.
* Special thanks to Don Stone for keeping our financial records straight, and to Kent Hull for the entertaining minutes.
* Special thanks to Elaine Cook for all her hard work in putting together the great fly tying classes.
* Big Thank You to Walt Robinson for all his effort in trying to make us better casters and fishermen.
* Thumbs up to Tom Hogye for putting together a series of great program speakers.
* Special thanks to Lee Fitzsimmons for managing the membership roster and making it easy for new members to join.
* Thumbs Up to Dougald Scott and Pat Steele for all your hard work in putting together the best fly fishing newsletter around.
* Special thanks to Heidi Theodore for her entertaining monthly raffles and to Jim Harmon and Tim Loomis for emceeing the Annual Dinner Raffle.
* Great job Dougald Scott, Lee Fitzsimmons and the committee for putting together an outstanding year-end slide show.>BR>
* Thanks again to Jim Hall and family for your on-going support of the Club's Dame Juliana Award.
* Thanks to Joe Bigas for doing the leg work in purchasing the club's new loudspeaker system.
* Thanks to all our Club Fishmasters, your effort helps make our club fun and educational.
* Thumbs up to our Facilities Coordinators Harry Petrakis and Alayne Meeks for making sure the meeting hall was always set up.
* Thumbs up to our Club's Membership. Your participation makes our Fly-Fishing Club one of the Best!
