Can We Do Better?

Over the years I have admired how hard the Board members work to make our club as great as it is. This got me thinking about what you think. Can we do better?
I have listed some of the functions and activities of our club. Perhaps this list will spark some ideas you might be willing to share with the Board:
* Monthly Meetings - Can we improve? Are the hours still okay for you? Do you have any suggestions for our refreshments?
* Guest Speaker Program - Is there enough variety? Are we covering the topics that fit your interest?
* We know you like the Monthly Raffle. But do the raffle prizes fit your interests or needs?
* Club Newsletter and Roster - Do they meet your needs/interest?
* Fly Tying and Casting Classes - Are they meeting your needs? Should we have additional sponsored classes?
* Fishouts - Do we have a sufficient variety of fishouts? Too few? Too many?
*Social and Educational Events - Annual Dinner and Raffle, BBQ, ConFab, and Quail Hollow. How are we doing?
