Richard Greene
Rich's passion for life was his family and his favorite pastime was spending time with them traveling, scuba diving with his wife and son, wakeboarding, skiing, hiking, canoeing and fly fishing at their cabin in Tahoe. Sledding and doing puzzles with Sarah and his grandchildren were also favorites. He will always be remembered for his incredible zest for life and great sense of humor. He had an amazing talent for building and it was always said of him that he could do anything and do it right and beautifully.
Rich is survived by his loving wife of thirty-five and a half years, Priscilla; son Jason, fiancee Jennifer and future stepson Nic of Capitola; two daughters Sarah and husband Matt Baer and granddaughter Olivia of Sunnyvale, Erin Greene and her son Imani of Aptos and former daughter-in-law Kimberly Haras of Granite Bay; sister Linda Walker of Manhattan Beach: brother and sister-in-law Jay and Donna Kirk of Elsinore, and brother and sister-in-law Tony and Suzy Holbrook of Santa Cruz; also many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by Sarah and Matt's daughter Zoe in 2003 and his parents. A memorial service was held at Twin Lakes Church on March 5, 2004.
Frank Hodge
He was described by his family as a great dad, avid sportsman and wonderful, caring friend to many good buddies over the years. His lifelong passions were golf and fly fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife of nearly 51 years, Margaret Ellen Hodge, in 1991. He is survived by his children, Maria Patricia Finnegan and her husband, Robert of La Selva Beach, Margaret Anne Hodge of Santa Monica, and Daniel Joseph Hodge of Irvine, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A private memorial service was held by Benito and Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel.
