Our speaker for the June meeting is our very own local ocean fly fishing expert, Jay Murakoshi. Jay will be fresh off his return flight form Australia, where he has been saltwater fishing for the past 2 weeks. Having been in the fly fishing business for the past 31 years, Jay has a wealth of experience to draw upon for our engagement. We will probably hear about some of the newer saltwater fly patterns Jay has been tying and how effective they were in the South Pacific.
His slide show will include shots from the numerous trips he has hosted this spring in Baja, Australia and our local waters. Be sure to arrive a little early or stay later to have a chance to meet with Jay.
