Don't Forget: There is no membership meeting in July.
Special Note: Our club needs you!! Next year our Editor, Dougald Scott, will move on to become the club's Conservation Chairman, a position Dougald has a great deal of interest in. This will leave a vacancy for the Editor of the newsletter position next year. Dougald assures me that it's not difficult, mostly getting the other officers to get their articles in to him on time (nagging). If you have been thinking about getting involved with the club, now is the time!! Contact Dougald for questions about the position.
I was really pleased with the Club's positive response to John Cook's announcement that we will be going back to the Elk's Club for our Annual Fund Raiser Event scheduled for January 22, 2005. John Steele has volunteered to smoke any donated salmon for the fund raiser. If you have some salmon to share, give John a call, 476-0648.
A special thanks to club member, Jay Murakoshi, who just got off a plane from Australia a few hours before the meeting to give a great presentation on fly fishing Australia. Thanks again Jay!

We just received a limited supply of hats with our club logo. The board set a price of $15 each or two for $25. The hats will be available at our next meeting in August.
