Bodkin Cleaner
by Jon Bowman

Does your bodkin get caked with head cement or epoxy? Here's a simple cleaner: Fill a plastic film can fairly tightly with fine (XXX grade) steel wool. Poke a hole in the center of the lid with your bodkin. Jam the bodkin in and out through the hole; vary the angle with each stroke. Five strokes or so should give you a shiny, clean bodkin.
