This program will inform us about the fishing at Keswick Reservoir, Chip's primary guide destination. Keswick is located immediately below Shasta Dam. It fishes very well from March through November and is fished most effectively from a float tube.
Chip is a writer, photographer and guide who has lived in Redding for 17 years. He has authored close to 150 articles in fly fishing and aviation magazines. Hundreds of his images have accompanied his articles as well as books, brochures and California Department of Fish and Game publications. His book, River Journal, Sacramento River was published by Frank Amato Publications. He is a licensed guide, a former CalTrout Regional manager and recipient of the Streamkeeper award for his work on behalf of the lower Sacramento River trout fishery. He has been fly fishing for forty years.
