Upcoming Fishing Outings

The sign ups for this fishout are full, and we look forward to seeing everyone at Bear Valley for a great fishout! John will be at the cabin sometime early Thursday afternoon, so those of you who are coming to this fishout can come and stow your gear, claim a sleeping space and either relax or go back out and fish.

John will provide some muffins and sweet rolls for breakfasts, so if you want something else, please bring it, and whatever you would like for lunches. We will have a pot luck dinner one night, so bring a dish to share. The other evenings we will have a tri-tip feast and a combination hot dog/hamburger meal.
Bring a sleeping bag. The cabin has some sheets and blankets, but to minimize the laundry chores upon leaving, it would be better if attendees bring their own bedding. John plans to clean up Sunday night and depart on Monday morning. Those who will be sleeping in their RV rigs should plan to park as close to the cabin as possible, as the Bear Valley Homeowners Association has rules about parking RVs on the streets.
John is renting the cabin, and requests each attendee pay a modest $10 per night fee.

Location: Mammoth Lakes is on the Eastern side of the Sierras, six to seven hours' drive from Santa Cruz. There are many lakes and streams in the area for us to fish. We will be staying at the Fireside Condominiums in the town of Mammoth Lakes.
Cost: $215 per person for one week.
Sign-Up: Both weeks are full. If you would like to be put on a waiting list for either week, call Paul Schraeder at 475-4801.
Unused Funds: Any funds received but not spent on the fishout will be turned over to the club's Treasurer as club income.
