The Board of Directors recommends an addition to the Bylaws, specifying qualifying experience to hold the office of President. The recommended addition is as follows:

Append to Article V Section 6:
To serve as President, a person must have been a Club Member in good standing for at least three years and have served as an active member of the Board of Directors for at least two of the years. An active member of the Board of Directors attends a majority of the Club Meetings and Board of Director Meetings, and has not been absent for three or more consecutive Board Meetings.
