Ed will present a fly fishing travelogue including lake and stream fishing in California, Oregon, and Montana. He will also talk about parachute fly patterns he pioneered, including the Parachute Hopper and Parachute Caddis.
Ed has had a full career in fly fishing, as a casting, tying and fly fishing instructor, in retail sales and as a sales and factory representative for a broad cross section of fly fishing equipment manufacturers. He has been a royalty tier for Umpqua Feather Merchants for many years. He has been published in Fly Fisherman, Fly Rod & Reel, The Orvis News, and wrote a chapter of Fly Patterns of Umpqua Feather Merchants.
